Privacy Policy
Information about website enquiries and use of this website.
Who handles your information
Pro Fix Roofing is the business responsible for enquiries made through this website. Contact profixroofingrepairs@gmail.com or 089 422 4442 with a privacy question.
Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, email, phone number, property address or Eircode, message and the page from which you contacted us. Please include only information needed to discuss the roofing work.
How it is used
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, discuss an inspection and prepare a quotation. The website does not add you to a marketing mailing list. Handling a request for a quotation can be necessary to take steps before entering a contract.
Website providers
The website host processes the information needed to run the site and receive enquiries. Depending on the deployed version, form submissions are stored by the website hosting service. Email providers process messages sent to the business email address. These providers may use infrastructure outside the EEA with their applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries should be kept only as long as needed for the request and any resulting work, subject to relevant record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information or to raise an objection. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances. You can also contact Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
Cookies and external links
This website does not install advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Essential functions of the hosting platform may use their own cookies. Facebook and map links open external services with their own privacy policies. Fonts and project photos are served from this website.
