New Roof Installation in Dublin & Bray
A new roof should protect the whole building, from its structural timbers to the gutters at the eaves. Pro Fix Roofing provides new roof installation and roof replacement services for homes and businesses in Dublin and Bray.
When to arrange an inspection
A full replacement can be appropriate when repeated repairs no longer provide reliable protection, the underlay is failing or a substantial part of the roof has reached the end of its service life. We inspect the existing roof and explain whether a repair or replacement offers the more practical solution.
How we assess the work
Our assessment covers the roof structure, coverings, ventilation, valleys, chimney details and drainage. A quotation sets out the proposed materials, access arrangements, waste handling and work included, so you can compare the scope clearly. Timber replacement is assessed on condition rather than assumed to be required throughout.
What the service can include
- Roof condition inspections
- Slate and tile roof replacement
- Underlay and treated battens
- Timber repairs where required
- Ridge, verge and leadwork details
- Removal of roofing waste
Installation work can include treated battens, a suitable roofing underlay, slate or tile coverings, ridge and verge details, leadwork and roofline improvements. We plan the weather protection and sequence of work around the property, with care for occupied homes, shared boundaries and neighbouring access.
